Don't Leave Me. Epilogue.

     Dear Liam,

     I miss you. You have no idea how much I actually do. Life is hell without you.
     I don't know how I made it an entire month. I've tried, multiple times, to be with you. I failed. Every. Single. Time.
     I don't know how. I want to be with you. You. My one and only love. My true love. My perfect other half.
     You. Whom I killed. I still blame myself for that. We just started our relationship together. I ruined that. I ruined us.
     But tonight, I will be with you. Because I can't live without you. It's too hard. Too depressing.
     I won't feel any pain. I'm going the easy way. Pills and alcohol. I'll just... fall asleep.
     So... we'll still be together. Just not how we planned.
     Liam, I love you. With all my heart, and with all my soul.
     I'll see you soon. In a better place.

     I looked at the note again. There was no stopping. Unlike the other times, I wasn't afraid. With the note clutched in my hand, I grabbed the bottle of pills next to me and quickly opened the cap. I brought the bottle up to my lips.
     1...2...3 I tilted my head back and swallowed all of the pills that crowded my mouth, almost choking in the process.
     I reached over to my bed-side table and grabbed the beer I had set out. I picked it up, and started drinking. Finishing it quickly.
     I let go of the glass, and from the way it hit the floor, it broke. I didn't care.
     I lie down on may bed and close my eyes. Waiting to sleep, knowing that I would never wake up.
     Liam... Wait. Just a little longer... I'm coming...
     I thought, as the world faded away.
